Keep Your Telum Running Like New
Your Telum is built to perform, but like any precision suspension component, it rewards regular care. We recommend servicing your Telum every 100,000m of vertical descent to keep the damping fluid fresh, seals in top condition, and every adjustment working exactly as intended.
When it's time, send it our way. Vorsprung's service team will go through every detail of your shock, replacing wear components and restoring it to factory spec, so it's ready for another 100,000m of vertical. We've got return shipping covered, and most shocks are serviced and back on their way within 24 hours of arriving at our facility.
Note for customers outside Canada
Please ensure that you use (or refer to and copy) our commercial invoice template to ensure no import duties are applied when your Telum arrives at the Canadian border. You can simply fill out this PDF, print 3 copies of it and attach it to the outside of the package in a clear pouch/labelope when shipping it. "Commercial Invoices" are documents that tell the border services/customs agents what is inside the package and why it is being shipped, in a format that meets their legal requirements. If this document is not provided, they will charge us import duties which we will have to pass on to you.
